An Extension of Your Claims Team



Here at The Fone Clinic we consider ourselves to be an extension of your claims team. We understand the claim process and our dedicated team of administrators are trained to assess claims much in the same way as you do.

On receipt of a handset our team make a series of detailed checks on behalf of the insurer to help determine the validity of the claim. By collecting, assessing and comparing information we can capture potentially fraudulent claims and refer them back to our insurance partner. It is also at this point that a claim will be assessed to determine whether the actual damaged sustained is consistent with the issues that were initially reported by the claimant. If any discrepancies are identified then the unit will be immediately removed from the repair process and quarantined. No further work will be carried out until otherwise instructed by the insurer.

Through our extensive experience of fraud detection, The Fone Clinic are able to offer our insurance partners advice and consultancy when setting up new schemes or simply re-addressing the profitability of existing ones.
